Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I stopped at this location this morning. Upon entering, I waited to be noticed by a worker for 10+ minutes while she sat on a stool and scrolled on her phone. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store. I tried to kindly get her attention and had to say ‘excuse me’ three times. She was not pleasant to take my order. I did not get a sale with my meal (which was included). My wrap then had wilted and bad lettuce. I do not recommend this location.

I ordered (3) three cheese and chicken dilla’s and when i got home there was like bare minimum of cheese and chicken.. i think 1 slice out of all three had chicken and cheese in it the rest was just straight tortilla.. this upsets me bc i paid $27 for all 3 and it felt like i ate 1 expensive ass quesadilla.. when at restaurants you pay $10-12 for 1 and its got a good helping of fixings in it.. i get the price is price… but come on this isnt the first time this has happened to me with tropical smoothie, but after 3 times this is getting ridiculous. If you dont have enough to make the food say you dont have that item tonight.. DONT CHARGE someone $27+ for something that gave what a $4 item should be..

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap through Grubhub with the lite ranch removed, upon receiving my wrap there was no Buffalo sauce on it either.

Still have not heard from the owners regarding my last experience. I was asked to contact TSC through their website and that they would make things right but this has yet to happen even though I had shared a claim. TSC do not conduct business if you do not plan to honor your customers with quality portions and service. Is the added revenue worth skimping on ingredients? I am sure the franchise and corporate have a standard for ingredient portions that should be adhered to consistently. If you gave your customers better quality product you would have more customers and thus more revenue. I have bought at tropical smoothie cafe multiple times a week and even multiple times a day at times using their app and I have to say after all the money I spent and opportunities I've given for them to be a household staple, its just unfortunate that they do not seem to truly care about their customer base but only the bottom line....

The smoothies are always perfectly made and filled to the top! Just perfect! This is the best one ever! Don’t go to the Dover Delaware store at night.

Went to try out the Bahama Mama bowl and the chia pudding bowl with my boyfriend. We were definitely not disappointed! The Bahama Mama bowl was super good and neatly made, not messy at all. I’ve also been before a couple times for some food items and those were also very good and hot still. Definitely will be coming by more often, we loved it!

Great healthy fruit bowls for quick drive-through option!

They never have the plant based chicken in stock, which is the only reason I'm drawn to any tropical smoothie location. I've gone three times over then span of the past year and they've been "out" every time. I suspect they don't even order it. Otherwise theres only one veggie option and it's not even good, way too cheesy and high calorie to be worth how mediocre it tasted.

My menu favorites are the avacolado (hold the turbinado, hold the coconut), green detox, apple and kale side, and the quesadilla. I luv that I can save on the smoothie when I purchase a sandwich and that i earn points toward free items. Thank you! ✨️

I went to the place because I love smoothies, but the person serving is Latin, just like us, she is rude, she did not respond to my greeting and even seeing me standing there for a few minutes, she ignored me and attended to the other customers who were. They were Americans, in fact, they didn't even take my order or ask me what I needed.

The Tropical Smoothie cafe is ok. This is my mom’s favorite place to go. We went there yesterday on Mother’s Day! I tried the Cajun Punch and it was delicious. But to be honest, I’m not really a Smoothie person but this Tropical smoothie Cafe was alright.
