This McDonald’s is slow and rude. I just picked up two happy meals from a very saucy employee at the second window after the cashier gave me eye rolls at the first window. The second employee reached for the window to close it when I started to ask something, indicating she clearly was done with me as soon as she got my food out of the window. I understand to keep the line moving but customer service is still expected.
Then there are most days when you just wait. Even with the crazy lines at chik fil a, I get my food faster and hotter. Usually I can handle slow, the employees are normally really great, but this afternoon wasn’t the case. I don’t think I’ll go to this location anymore if I can help it.

If the attendant ask you to pull up to the waiting aisle, then don’t. Horrible service. They just make you wait on side. It took another 10min before I got my sandwich. And I had to go up to window to get my food.

This McDonald’s is terrible , last night I was in line ordering and the women named ladia or something like that. She was rudely yelling loud through the mic repeatedly saying “helllllooo” and “move down “ . It took everything in me not to go in there but she should not be working there she’s really rude and if that happens again next time I’m taking matters into my own hands . Customer service here is terrible

Update 10/3/24 I’ve ordered Uber eats from here four times, no straws I ordered, forgot sauces, drinks. Today they forgot the ENTIRE SANDWICH for my quarter pound deluxe meal. That’s the only thing I ordered, was the meal. Absolute idiots work here
Update July 1 THEY DO NOT MAKE MCFLURRIES THE RIGHT WAY! The evidence is shown as they don’t even give a spoon. They forgot my drink, and I had to make sure the person gave it to me. It feels like I’m watching children and I’m prepared for something to be messed up (it ALWAYS is). You guys are one of the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
I know they will always **** something up so I NEVER do delivery because this establishment is so poor at fulfilling orders!
People here suck. In the drive thru they ALWAYS forget something. I never order Doordash anymore from them since I’ve lost over 20 dollars from things they forgot. I go here to pick up and still have to tell them they forgot things, let’s see if they forget again today.

This McDonalds has always been the best. Good food, correct service. Now that’s what I call McGreat. Unlike the other McDonalds’ this one tries to get it right. The food is juicy and flavorful. The price isn’t very good though.
Vegetarian options: They have salad. That’s about it. They do have it labeled though.
Dietary restrictions: NO. GOD PLEASE NO. NOOO! NOOOOOOOOOOO!
Parking: Parking is plentiful, where in front or in the shopping center parking.
Kid-friendliness: I always loved the Happy Meals. They are very nice. They always have seasonal activities around big holidays. So that’s fun.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp :)
