This was a quick trip before the BSU Graduation and I must say that the employees are not friendly nor polite. They definitely need to be trained in customer service unless we are use to the better service that we are accustomed to in the 757

Flip a coin if they get your order right. We aren’t regulars because of this but occasionally grab some nuggets and half the time they mess up or forget the sauces. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Expensive!!! 2 sandwiches & large fries cost me $20. $3 to get bacon on my tiny Mc Crispy. Did taste good though.

The service was great. My reason for the one star is the misleading menu. For 5b on the drive through, it shows chicken strips in a tortilla with lettuce. We ordered two and received a box of three soggy chicken strips.

*Update - I say at another McDonald's that 5b is for chicken strips. It's hard to tell because the placement is next to the snack wraps. It's a design error, not the associates fault. Still leaving one star because the chicken strips were soggy and disgusting.

This is the better McDonalds in the Bowie area. The staff is always nice and accommodating, the service is fast and the food is always correct and made well. However, the McDonalds on Gallant Fox Lane (off of 450) is terrible in contrast.

Always something with this McDonald. Today, I get home and my sprites are seltzer water and fries half full. Tried to call to warn them so no other customers get this but they never answered the phone. 12:20am. They have to do better.

Stopped in for a light dinner. Ordered 1 small coffee and two hamburgers. Coffee was luke warm and stale. Hamburgers were the same. The entire restaurant was dirty including the table tops, despite it NOT being that busy. Trash cans were over flowing, bathroom was disgusting. It's a shame because it looks like the building is newer, if only the staff learned how to clean a little.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Dennis, the manager on duty. I had an issue with my order and received the wrong item. Dennis personally reached out to me, handled the situation with professionalism, and made sure the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. His customer service was top-tier, and I truly appreciated how respectful and understanding he was throughout the process. It’s refreshing to see leadership like his—thank you, Dennis, for turning the situation around and leaving me with a positive impression!

Very poor management. 2nd time mobile order messed up less than a week. Stop accepting mobile orders if your system is down or you’re out of items. Last week out of all sodas this week the storms knocked out the system. I watched the staff come out and place a sign no cash card only. When it was my turn at the drive through my code was confirmed and told to pull to the second window. The girl working the window informs card only I said I have mobile order showed my phone “oh we can’t process that our systems are down” holding up my phone that has my whole order listed that you could easily type into the system and void it out and/or credit it since it is online and accountable my order was paid. so when drawers are counted end of the night it still balances out. 🙄 if a customer can show the receipt you fill the order and inform other customers we are not taking orders at this time due to systems being down come back later. That simple. Even when it comes to inputing in the app out of items or not offered at this location so customers can know. Those softwares, policies and procedures are pretty pointless if you don’t use the features or execute protocols.
