I received red beans and rice with a teaspoon of rice in it. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and didn't receive it. Also didn't receive my receipt. Horrible service. I tried to call but no answer.

Easily the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The fountain drink doesn't work, they don't have any diet sodas, and the booth seats collapse and move around when you sit in them.

They also never have any of the advertised items.

I place my order through the drive through the guy was very nasty. They had no chicken tenders. He was rushing us to order when, we spent at least 12 minutes waiting to make our order. Which we had to change because they had nothing we were trying to get.

We wanted to place order in drive thru but it wasn't operational & was told to come inside. I ordered a Surf & Turf special $5.99 then added on $2 special but it changed order to a combo & paid $10.17 total. My order wasn't completed right & we to drive back to Popeyes for (2) chicken tenders that were thinly cut strips. All of the food was lukewarm to taste. We wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience. The coleslaw was delicious.

I was so upset with the young people working there. The boy passed me my food with his back turned talking to someone else while I’m saying “thank you” they gave me cold chicken and when I called for a manager, some foreigner answered the phone and hung up on me. I just had to go get a refund. I haven’t been to this place in some years. The service used to be good. Times have changed! Oh well!!! I will get better service somewhere else. You never get all of your money back when getting a refund. It’s crazy!
