My family had a great experience at Chick-fil-A. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Aiden, and at the register he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s always nice when great service matches great food, and this location definitely delivered. We’ll absolutely be back. 😊

0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone! The service was TRASH! I waited over 15 minutes in total before receiving my order. I had to stop the lady from doing absolutely nothing at the counter and ask for an ETA because nobody acknowledged me, nobody said hello or how can I help? NOTHING! I was told that someone will work the orders in which they are put on the counter but I stood there and watched the lady grab orders from all over the counter and completely ignore the DoorDash order sitting in front of her and already ready to go! I tried to complain and Velma (alleged manager) didn’t show any concern or apologize. Absolutely hate the workers and their attitudes!

It was crazy trying to get into the parking lot ... crazy busy and the people in the drive thru blocking others getting into parking lot.

Tried to use mobile order. Never again at Chick fil a. As is true for all, the order doesn’t start until you get to the employee. Once we check in with her, she asked for name. I gave her my last name, not knowing what the app had placed on my order. She couldn’t find it, and then finally asked for first name. Ok, that could be on me :). Confirmed order, changed from spicy to regular, confirmed. Then asked if I wanted any sauces, I said that was on the order, she then seemed annoyed and said of course, do you want more. Go through the drive through. Check the order, zero sauces and they left out the sandwich. Back in I go. Tell them what is missing, they ring me up, no apologies. I ask, is there a way to get the order started before I arrive. Yes, she says. Great! How? She said, order online, arrive and then it gets started. So the answer was NO. Ugh. PS. We chose Chick-fil-a today because we thought it was fast, total fail. We won’t make that choice next time.

I think there's something wrong with the fast food places. Everything is too small I need coffee and can't make multiple stops you sell me a small but dont fill my cup. Asked for sugar and cream not even in my bag Not a happy customer Will just stick to 711 and panera atleast they dont forget my extras

Just had surgery and can't drive for the rest of the day. They forgot half my order. The only thing they would do for a refund is a reward credit. They should be driving me the rest of my food. Get better. Pay attention to orders
