I was told my order was given to another driver and that they would not remake my food and that it wasn't their problem the moring time lady this Saturday moring was so rude and wrong I had to call and explain and they said they remake but was so disorganized i left with out anything dont waste your time we couldn't even communicate

What is the point of placing a mobile order in advance if I have to wait at the stop sign of drive through for 8 minutes telling cars to go around me because you guys told me to pull up. Remove the curb.

There was one other car in the drive through and i made a very simple order and the lady at the drive through window kept cutting me off and messing up my order so i just took whatever they decided i got and left i will never return to this location horrible customers service

Very congested area. They have 2nlines for thr drive-thru which is great but makes it hard for customers who are trying to park so they can dine in.
My order was wrong. As a pregnant woman (girls, you know that feeling) I cried. When you’re craving something, you want that EXACT craving. I went through the drive-thru and ordered “spicy chicken sandwich NOT THE DELUXE with pepper jack cheese (extra) along with bacon, instead of fries sub mac n cheese with a root beer”.. instead I got a “CLASSIC chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and bacon, along with mac n cheese and a COKE” that’s not what I asked for. COKE has caffeine in it, and as a pregnant woman you’re not suppose to have a lot of caffeine. I am unsatisfied. This happened during my lunch break which is very LIMITED, in which I cannot go back and ask for a refund or change my order.
This Chick-fil-A is a winner! The staff is super friendly and knows their stuff. Inside, it's spotless. Drive-thru lines can get long, but they move fast. Overall, a great spot for a delicious chicken fix!
