Zero toppings and they go so cheap on the meat that you will question it you actually got any.

I love subway! Except this location inside of Walmart! So far 2 times I had bad experiences hoping today will be better. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me. I saw a lady in the back and I ask/wave her if they were open. She seemed very upset and yelled at me saying “one moment”. Took another 10 minutes for her to come out. She didn’t wash her hands and she was fixing her shawl and hair in front of me. She is really rude, had an earbud and was talking on it and not paying attention to what I asked. I felt really upset at her attitude that I decided not to take the sub and I left. She need to be removed from the store, you loose money and guests. I work at the restaurant as well and that employee is far from having a good customer service, you are loosing for sure.

Today, I visited Subway after shopping at Walmart, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered the meal of the day combo, priced at $6.99, only to find out that I would need to pay an additional $0.50 due to the fountain soda machine being out of service. This substitution, which wasn't my fault, seemed unreasonable—why should customers have to cover the cost of an equipment failure?
Additionally, I requested my sandwich to be toasted, but the bread turned out incredibly hard. When I brought this to the staff's attention, the employee stated she could not redo the sandwich. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the issue was disappointing and unacceptable.
Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated as a customer, and I believe Subway should reassess its customer service practices to ensure that guests feel valued and treated fairly.

they tried to start closing up early but they have over an hour before close, they toasted mine and my brother’s sandwich but said she couldn’t do my moms, we tried to get the combo meal with the drinks and they said the fountain was broke but when we went up and checked it they say they didn’t have ice which is why we couldn’t get drinks. could they not have bought a bag of ice from the walmart it’s inside? they had salt but no pepper and the workers were very rude. very bad experience i don’t recommend there is much better other subways

Can't rate a zero. But walked up at 7:50 and they have a big sign saying open until 8:00. Was told they were closed and already closed out register and put everything away
I was told their sub gives people diarrhea. They burn hotdogs. There are gnats flying every other day. The food practically cross contaminate. The entire place is completely cross contaminated they will kill someone. Don't go there.

The sandwich artist there on Tuesday August 8, at 8:30am was ridiculously disrespectful with the food I was buying. She did not say a word more than "next". I asked for a simple turkey, provalone, lettuce, tomato, onion mustard and mayo. There was only mustard in the middle of the sandwich, the tomatoes were very pale and soggy, there was no onion, and after all of that, she smacked my sandwich on the counter So the bread was smashed.Won't be coming back here.

The coffee had too much water, I asked to change for a new one, but they decline the request. They used the coffee machine twice without switching out for a new brew.

I’m leaving a one star rating because I can’t leave a zero star but the lady in the restaurant yelled at me because I used the restroom without buying anything, she told to go somewhere else which I’m gladly taking my business somewhere else for now on when I need a sub.
VERY, VERY DIRTY! WE HAD TO USE OUR OWN WIPES TO CLEAN THE TABLE WHERE WE ATE! NOT VERY CLEAN BEHIND THE COUNTER EITHER ? ??? THE FLOOR WAS A STICKY MESS. I COULD SEE IF THEY WERE BUSY, BUT THERE WAS ONLY FOUR PEOPLE IN THERE! NOT GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION.
