Mezeh in Gaithersburg, Maryland is wonderful. Generous portions, the greatest variety of superb vegetable toppings, and the best falafel. Manager Mayra and employees are friendly, helpful, efficient.

Capital Heights,MD. I just had the worst experience I have ever had. I had a representative tell me her app not working was not her problem and I quote “ I don’t want to deal with you just take the sandwich” I did not come to get a free meal. I was trying to use my birthday coupon that expires tomorrow. The manager was not on duty. After my experience 3 customers walked out. No excuse for this bad behavior. The falafel is described as the best and on point, standing out among many places where falafel can be dried out, flavorless, small and sad. Friendly and helpful staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and the service is efficient. Guests can choose bowls similar to Chipotle, assembling fresh ingredients with a lot of variety and depth of flavor. Portions might not seem big at first, but once eating the size is really good and will not leave hungry. Junior bowls provide limited topping, while wrap options and chips with the wrap are also available. Sweet treat options include cookies and baklava, packaged with a classic and a chocolate piece, both really good. The drinks included with combos are expected, though occasional disappointment. Overall the food is delicious, great tasting, and rivals Cava, though a little on the pricy side. The place has lots of seating, patience from staff, and works well for both stay and carry out.
