“This review is over due. Since, the Annapolis Store been opened for a while. I love my local Honeygrow. The employees are wonderful, when I enter I am always address by my name. They always take special care of my order. I have visited the Hanover and Bowie store, but the Annapolis store is the best. They are professionals, they want to make sure your order is correct and your food enjoyable. My last visit on 3/10, I forgot my bank card, so I had to pay with cash, when the young lady finished ringing up my order, I told them please take out the tip. She was so fast and accurate, she just asked I do a review. I am usually not a person that does reviews unless something is negative. However, she was right, the Annapolis store is the best. Give them all pay raise.“

“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. Teriyaki House in Annapolis, MD was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was perfect—they were playing the Army–Navy game, had holiday music going, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for the season, which made it feel warm and welcoming.

The location and view are excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient without being overbearing. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes.

Most importantly, the food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Everything we ordered exceeded expectations.

Between the festive atmosphere, great service, excellent value, and incredible food, Teriyaki House is a place I would absolutely return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting or living in Annapolis.“

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“Made a stop at the Flying Dog during a layover. The burger was delicious! When I was halfway to my gate, I realized that I left my jacket behind. I ran back to the restaurant but Sam the server had taken my jacket and brought it to the gate. She went over and above. Thanks Sam!!!“

The story soda was out of syrup. Ugh, that first drink was nasty.
