I ordered a 9 lbs. Ham meal deal on December 8th for pickup on December 23rd. When we went to pick up we were given a 8 lbs Ham. When we made the employees aware it was wrong there response was they didn't have any 9 lbs hams. Understandable, except the right thing to do would have been to make us aware prior to picking up so we could adjust our Christmas eve dinner or upgrade us to the 10 lbs Ham. We just stopped in and had the best sandwiches along with wonderful customer service. Highly recommend this place! The little bell that Brenda rings, was such a fun gesture, when using rewards! Will be back & will be using them for catering in the near future! 🖤 Nicole & Pat
This ham really wasn’t up to par with what we have gotten in the past. I didn’t warm it in the oven and just let it stay out about 45 minutes before serving. Ham was dry and seemed to be over cooked from them. I will not be purchasing again since they are really expensive and did not live up to our expectations.
