A great place as long as the micro management doesn't speak out of place. It's not cool at all to threaten barring a regular while drinking on the job and fabricating a lie in your own mind. If you are tending patrons and making decisions for the business you absolutely should not be drinking while on the "clock", and I use that noun loosely.For a friendlier atmosphere I suggest Captain Benders Tavern

Since Stephanie started working there...we WILL start coming back again AND I'm "upping" this rating to FIVE stars! ?????We stopped frequenting for about 3 years because the bartending staff was pretty glum and unwelcoming.Yay, Ms. Stephanie for bringing the uppity AND chill vibes back into Pete's! ??

Exactly what to expect out of a dive bar. If your looking to shoot pool and enjoy some cheap cold beer it's definitely your place.
Friendly bar to enjoy a night out for drinks with friends . Local bar but everyone welcome.
Clean, cheap typical small town bar. Love the place. Don't go on Tuesdays or Thursdays though. It's pool league night.
