Nobody texted me to tell me my food was ready. And the mayonnaise I asked for on the side at the register…. I had to ask for again when I went inside randomly to discover my food was on the counter, which again, nobody texted me to tell me that it was there. Also, the Philly steak sub is ground beef that was not seasoned, except luckily, with salt. We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. The kitchen was impressive—getting fresh, delicious food out in less than 10 minutes with smiles all around. I complimented someone from the kitchen, smiling they proudly responded, ‘thank you, breaking records!’ I loved that!
