Nobody texted me to tell me my food was ready. And the mayonnaise I asked for on the side at the register…. I had to ask for again when I went inside randomly to discover my food was on the counter, which again, nobody texted me to tell me that it was there. We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. Potomac Ridge Brewing offers a variety of delicious beer and great food, including amazing brisket from the BBQ truck and beyond great pizza. The staff is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, making it an excellent spot for families and pets. The brewery has a good menu with pizzas, salads, and some apps, as well as many non-beer drink options like seasonal Santa's Whiskers, mocktails, kombucha, and sodas. The outdoor patio area hosts live music events and provides a cozy atmosphere with fire pits on chilly days. It is a cool place to relax, enjoy the weather and scenery, and spend quality time with friends and family. The atmosphere is lively, especially on Bingo nights, which locals love. The place is popular and friendly, with a hometown feeling and top-tier food and drinks. It has only gotten better and remains a fantastic location near Shepherdstown and the C&O Canal towpath, with beer that is next level awesome.
