this is for the regional manager/corporate/IT: please fix the app ordering - more customizable options (no/optional toppings like fruit) and also the point system doesn’t even work (applicable point options not showing up, also a bowl credit being $15 in fine print but $12.99 in store???). I literally can’t ever order my bowls ahead of time and it’s just ridiculous atp in 2025☹️“

“It is an absolute necessity to start the day with something truly healthy, so I decided to stay at a hotel close to this location for easy mornings. I grabbed a juice, bowl and alkaline water to go. It was great to have healthy food on the go that kept me feeling good all day. The cashier was friendly and personable.“

The food and food presentation was exceptional; THE MATCHA BOWL WITH PEANUT DRIZZLE IS FIRE!!! “It was my first time getting an acai bowl and it was delicious ! I got a nutelloco with half coconut base and half banana base and the base was so delicious and the toppings tasted fresh, refreshing and delicious ! I would definitely come back for this bowl and would love to try a different bowl. The employees were nice and the space was spacious and clean. They even gave my friend's dog a free pup cup! Overall, this place was great and I am excited to return !“

“OMG! My favorite place for juice, smoothies, avocado toast and acai bowls now has SOUP! Just had their potato squash soup, and it was better than my homemade soup (which is also delicious). “I love Acai Bowls and have had them many places. Playa Bowls has one of the best. I love the Pura Vida ( I get a banana added on). The bowls are generous and full of fruit; when you dig into the acai, there's even more fruit and delicious granola buried underneath! Perfect for a refreshing and healthy summer meal or treat!!“

“What more can I say… I fell in love with there Acia bowls and I find that they make them to perfection . The staff are great and the atmosphere gives a beach vibe. My only complaint is that they didn’t take cash. Apparently the kids in the area have been terrorizing the business so they don’t keep cash in the store.“

has greeted me on each occasion, they are swift with taking and preparing orders and also even given me a sheet of coupons. Glad to see this improvement.

There was a couple in front of me. No one was working the register. No one greeted me despite me saying hi- I don’t work there. The establishment was honestly stink and besides me waiting for atleast 8 mins with no one acknowledging me, I left. 0 stars, I passed 3 and decided to stop here since I let was my first time seeing it the day before. I’ll stick to the other 3! Thanks for nothing.“

“I was looking for an açaí bowl after my 7:30 CorePower class, and Rush Bowls was the only spot still open! Sims was super welcoming and genuinely knowledgeable about all of the products. Love that it’s Black-owned too, which made supporting it even better. This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely coming back!“

“Stopped in for a quick and lite lunch around 1 p.m. and had next to no wait. I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto toast as well as the Tropi-Kale smoothie. The smoothie was excellent, and the large size is a great value over the medium - $9.99 for a smoothie, but that is in line with Tropical Smoothie and other places that offer similar products. The toast was fairly disappointing though, for $9.49 the piece of toast was much smaller than anticipated. I believe it was sourdough but the size of the toast was maybe 1/3 smaller than anticipated and for the price I would have opted for another menu item. As far as taste goes, the prosciutto was decent but the fig jam was disappointing. I will be back for the smoothie but I will avoid toast items in the future.“

“My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“
