I'm a big fan of America's Best Wings, and my go-to order is a mix of half lemon pepper and half mild wings. However, I'm disappointed with the service at this specific location. I've had issues with them deliberately refusing to add mambo sauce to my order on five separate occasions, which is ridiculous considering that it’s a small cup of sauce that they want to charge people extra for. Yikes! Got 10 wings and fries. Asked for mambo sauce and ketchup. Realized that I didn’t have ranch and asked for that. They sad max of three sauces. They give ketchup and other sauces in a prefilled very small shallow plastic container. Almost equivalent to two ketchup packets. This is very very cheap of them and unlike any other Americas best in the area or that I’ve been too. There is one 2.5 miles from this location so I will be going to that one in the future.
