Got there almost 40 minutes before they closed and they had no cinnamon bites made only about 3 selections of items to choose from! I asked the store employee (old Ethiopian lady with glasses)why there were no cinnamon bites left or can she make some because it doesn't take long to make and all she did was complain that they are cleaning everything up and they don't want to leave at 10pm instead of 9 when it closes! WOW! If the workers there are this lazy then they don't need to be working in that environment! I was at another mall about a month ago in Temple hills MD and it took the guy less than 15 minutes to cut and bake me some cinnamon bites when they were out! But at this location all the workers cared about was going home! Will never be going here again EVER!!!! Worse Aunt Anne's location I've ever been to! Need to shut it down and start over!

Pros:*Ordered the 'Original' Pretzel (salted). Pretzel tasted hot, fresh, + delicious. *Texture was amazing - lightly crisp on the outside + soft/doughy on the inside, w/ the perfect amount of butter.*Filling + reasonably priced menu - Pretzel ($3.69), large flavorful dips ($.99) + lemonade's ($2.39+).Cons:*Pretzel was a bit too salty for me at times, but they also sell unsalted 'Original' Pretzels.*No vegan options, unless you ask for a pretzel w/o butter. (Unbuttered pretzels are made to order, so you might have to wait a while.)*Store closes early (typically 7PM), whereas the mall typically closes at 9PM.Overall: Pretzel chain w/quality food, fair prices + fast/friendly service. Great option if you're looking for a "healthy"/indulgent snack. One of the only fresh pretzel spots in the immediate area - would definitely return.

I was very disappointed with the lack of support I received from your customer service team. I wanted to place an order, but the representative was impolite, dismissive and unhelpful. I don't feel like my concerns were taken seriously or addressed in a satisfactory manner. The representative is a tall \\u0026 dark skin colored man.

Not a fan. Pretzels with slightly hard and wayyyyy too much sugar. Staff was cool, food wasn't. I upchucked the pretzel. Store was clean. Could have been just me.

Went to this store today and the customer service was terrible. I redeemed my reward buy one get one free in front of the cashier and he said it’s not working. So what’s the purpose of the app and the rewards if it’s not working. Once you redeemed it, the clock starts to use it otherwise you will just waste your reward. Went out of the store unhappy for the bad customer service they gave me. I am not going to go to this store ever again. Do not use your reward here too, save it to the other store.

I just about to redeem my rewards to this store but it ended like he does not know or the reward is not working. What is the purpose of this app and rewards if it's not working. He is rude too. I am not going to buy in this auntie Anne again even if this is the only auntie Anne left in the US. So terrible. The product is good but they should train their employees and fix their app!! I wish I can put negative because this store deserves to be a negative.

I did an online order, went in for pick up and the guy just stared at me like I was speaking another language. He then proceeds to give me my order without wearing gloves touching all over my food. This is unacceptable especially during a pandemic.

I went there. There were 3 employees working. No one prioritized helping me. They looked at me like I was at the counter to wait on the bus. There was no proper greeting, just a lazy walk to the counter.They also responded to me with "huh?" The proper response is "excuse me?" They need customer service training asap.
