Best place to come to for on the go snacks in the mall!! I love the mini pretzel dogs, and honestly everything they have there! Food comes out so quick, within 30 seconds, the whole process of ordering, getting the food and paying literally takes 1 minute! Recommend coming here, it’s amazing!
Went by and grabbed some pretzel bites today I started throwing them back whole, and the cup was still full. They were also warm and if they aren't they give you a new cup, they weren't raw, didnt leave those dough balls in my teeth and they weren't over-cooked and chewy. We also took a long time at the register and they were patient. Just wanted to let anyone looking at the reviews know the pretzels are good here, if they were ever troublesome.

Based on the reviews, Auntie Anne's serves good pretzels that are soft, warm, and not raw or over-cooked. The pretzel bites are good and the cup stays full. The cinnamon sugar pretzel tastes just as good as remembered. The staff is really nice, patient, and kind, always sharing a smile despite a language barrier. Customers come here weekly because the pretzels are always soft and extra cinnamoniee. For anyone with a craving for a soft pretzel, this place has been and always will be the best place to get one.
