Can NEVER get an accurate order. There's always something missing from the items, or ingredients I didn't order--and usually that I'm allergic/intolerant to.

Today is no exception. The sour cream I requested on the side wasn't in the bag. Which, thankfully, is an easy fix--and BETTER THAN it being in/on the food--since I could see the item was missing at a glance; and, I simply requested it from the staff. (Kudos to the team member who quickly and courteously accommodated the request with no issue.) Unfortunately, the other issues wouldn't be noticeable until I got all the way to my destination with the food. The fresh spinach I requested in one bowl was no where to be found. Though, for some reason, that bowl did have green onions. Green onions aren't bad but also weren't the flavor combination I was interested in for today's meal...and given the other toppings I'd selected.
Tacos were a mess and one was missing the guacamole I ordered. Which is annoying, at the very least, given guacamole COSTS EXTRA.

Personally, I choose my ingredients/toppings for a specific taste. So, that means EVERY TIME I get food from here and the ingredients aren't as requested, the meal falls flat and disappoints.

The positive is, the ingredients seem fresh enough and food overall is good quality.
If it weren't for the CONSTANT inaccuracies, this California Tortilla could be a winner.

Wouldn’t recommend this location at all. The inside wasn’t very clean and it was dark and unwelcoming. I ordered a specialty quesadilla and it was horrible! The chicken was so overcooked making it incredibly tough to eat. There was also an outrageous amount of beans inside, more than chicken cheese or any other ingredient. I took two bites and threw the whole thing away. Go to other California locations if you want a decent experience, this location will not deliver on that.

Everything I expect from CalTor. Blackened Chicken Ceasar burrito with grilled chicken, large chips and queso. Add some medium gator sauce and it is delicious.

Stop by to grab some lunch. IT was my first time so I asked the cashier for a recommendation and she shrugged her shoulders lol. I got the Fejita and wasn’t good at all.

Disgustingly filthy.

All the ingredients are so fake. I got sick from a mixed bowl. Please be careful.

Perhaps my standards are a little too high but I was unimpressed With these Korean BBQ Tacos ? from a California Tortilla chain I tried but it was edible and the employees were kind. Like I said it's probably just me being boujee ? I suppose if you're standards are Chipotle like you may like. ?

Worst food experience in years. Fish tacos too too old, we couldn't have a second bite (this is how bad it was). Not sure when the fish was prepared or cooked.

We made a random stop on the way home from VA and found this place. It was a surprise - fresh ingredients and delicious food! My husband and his friends had so much fun with the whole wall of spicy sauces. The only down side was they were under renovation and the whole environment was not pleasant to dine in.

I like this chain, but this Silver Spring location is the pits. The meat they use is low quality and they over season it to death to the point of being disgusting. All of us noticed the same thing.

I typically NEVER write reviews so take this as you will. I needed a quick bite since I was in a rush and didn’t want fast food— more so something healthy. I looked up this menu and it “looked” good. Wow was I wrong and in regret. The food was extremely terrible to the point I genuinely feel sick right now. The forks were dirty, the place was dirty and unwelcoming. If I went and got fast food it would have been a better choice. After I got home the terribleness seemed familiar. I ordered this place a year or two ago from doordash and ALSO felt sick and couldn’t eat it. I just didn’t remember the store’s name or else I would’ve avoided it. Now I’m here feeling sick typing this all over again. I wish I could even get a refund, can’t even tell what made me feel so sick from here.
