Just ate at Einstein Bros Silver Spring for the first time. Ordered their Farmhouse Breakfast bagel and I can easily say it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Well done!Good atmosphere and friendly service

Food is fine. Location is convenient. But the customer service is terrible. No acknowledgement when customers walk in only to wait for 10 minutes for someone to approach the register and take my order. Workers always seem to have an attitude.

even i like the food and coffe here... it's getting outrageous expensive. Paid close to $9 for a bagels and coffee. I can buy decent full breakfast with that price point. Probably going to be last time. It's sad, things are getting this expensive for a basic stuff.

There are no chairs. It was pouring rain outside and we were told to leave after buying our bagels. We were not even allowed to stand to eat our bagels. We came specifically to have a nice breakfast and should have gone to one of the many other coffee places. Not friendly at all. Not welcoming. I do not recommend.

I'm sorry to say, I stopped here because I was hungry and thought it would be nice to support a local store. The store was filthy, slow, bathroom out of order. Really disappointing because I love Einstein bagels. But this location needs bigtime help.

I walked over to this location with my husband and we were planning on enjoying some hot bagel sandwiches and coffee on a weekend morning. We planned on sitting down inside since it was freezing cold outside and we didn’t want to make the trek all the way back home (also, nobody wants a cold and soggy sandwich). When we arrived we noticed there were zero tables and chairs, it was just a giant empty space. I guess you could sit on the floor if you truly wanted to. It wasn’t a very welcoming atmosphere whatsoever and I guess they only want people to exclusively order takeout and get out of their store asap. It was quite disappointing.
I came a long way at 1:30p on a Friday. They close at 2. The cashier seemed annoyed and said they “don’t have eggs” and “the espresso machine is off right now”. I wish had known this location’s service sucks before driving past a bunch of different locations to come to the one closest to my house. I didn’t order anything, just left.

Every time I have been to this location the service has been horrible and the wait times are 30-45 mins. Definitely not the place to go if in a hurry. The staff is very slow and rude. I waited 30 minutes for a bagel spread with cream cheese. It’s such a shame because the bagel shop is in a prime location and has a ton of potential. 100% would not recommend.
