I walked over to this location with my husband and we were planning on enjoying some hot bagel sandwiches and coffee on a weekend morning. We planned on sitting down inside since it was freezing cold outside and we didn’t want to make the trek all the way back home (also, nobody wants a cold and soggy sandwich). The food was great BUT the customer service was scary. The cashier was incredibly aggressive, I left shocked and confused. I asked for a Turkey and Cheddar sandwich and he kept asking me what I wanted in it. I told him I was here for the first time and I wanted whatever normally comes in the sandwich and he kept repeatedly asking what I wanted. I'm sorry to say, I stopped here because I was hungry and thought it would be nice to support a local store. The store was filthy, slow, bathroom out of order. Really disappointing because I love Einstein bagels. But this location needs bigtime help.
