The service was great, and I appreciate the effort put into it. As for the food, I think it has room for improvement. I would rate it as average, about 3.5 out of 5. We ordered the Hierra Rosemary Garlic Fish with rice, and while it was editable, it had an extra amount of rosemary, making the fish slightly bitter and making it overpowering, there was also too much garlic for the size fish. Very nice and trendy Cuban spot in Silver Spring! Happy hour deals are great, if you have a group I definitely recommend getting the Cuban Street Food Sampler, so that you can get a good variety of finger food! The Sampler comes with Empanadas, Pollo Coca-Cola, Salted Cod Croquettes, Pan Con Lechon, Fried Yuca, Tostones, and their Cuban Sandwiches.
