The overall rating is lower because of all the extra charges. The main course does not come with a side; you have to pay for that separate. The injera bread is a sperate charge, and the additional charge is not listed on the menu. I found that to be dishonest. Also, the additional liquor charge, in the form of tax, is not listed. Unfortunately, the service, the atmosphere, and the food is very good. I enjoyed sitting there.
The worst customer service. There are only 3 tables occupied and I am the 4th customer. I am here for 22 minutes with no waitress seeing me even I waved.
