We braved the traffic to try matchbox tonight and it was more than worth it. Parking close by and affordable. Our drinks were delicious, I mentioned I liked creamy cocktails and our server Maylan made mine perfectly. We had several starters and a pizza. All were quite delicious. We will definitely be going back for seconds!
The food was delicious. The server was amazing, knowledgeable, fast, fun, and friendly. Try the Dragonfruit Strawberry lemonade it was THE BOMB! I wasn’t too fond of the mini burgers. The calamari didn’t have but one fried jalapeños in it which sucked because I love jalapeños. The light above us was blinking which could be a safety hazard for someone who suffers with seizures.otherwise the place was clean. The host was great! And the music was all good vibes.
We had a great time at Matchbox Silverspring! Came to celebrate a special occasion and Erick made sure we were taken care of. He gave us plenty of suggestions, was attentive and did not rush us at all. The food was delicious & the mimosa towers were a great value for our group! We had 5 people and each of us enjoyed about 3 cocktails. Will definitely be returning.
