Ordered a large fry. It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten at Micky’s. Ate four and my stomach started to feel queasy. Not used to eating fried foods.

I had to throw my more than half cup because security guards won't let me sit and drink. It was not crowded and I believe I was loitering sitting and drinking my coffee. She was nasty behavior and didn't expect in a hospitality (restaurant) place. Thank you. Nripen

charges for hot water, even if you have your own cup which they won’t accept — I understand it might not be sanitary but it’s McDonalds and one could easily just pour hot water into the cup without any contact with it. cancelled my order cause it just irked me that everything is monetized even with trying to get fries 🍟😅🤷 cashier person I talked with was super nice though! nothing against employees. I loved the few tables with flowers too

My experience was the worst, I bought breakfast where they gave you the second bread and you paid 1 dollar but that ham was stale and spoiled 😡😡😡😡 thank goodness I realized it before eating it, PLEASE CHECK THE OFFERS WHEN YOU GO AND EAT SOMETHING THERE, THEY SELL THEM PAST OR OUT OF THE EXPIRATION DATE, THAT'S WHY THEY GIVE THEM AT THAT PRICE! I had to throw everything away! Mc DONALD'S IS NO LONGER LIKE BEFORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

me and my daughter were trying to order food and this rude security guard rushed us out? I was asking why she wouldn't let us sit in the establishment and she wouldn't give an answer.
September 19th, around 1:30pm The police officer or McDonald's security is on a huge power trip and was rude this afternoon. She got really defensive over a soda refill and called out the lady behind the counter and embarrassing her. Being loud and all. It wasn't that deep, we make mistakes and if that happen you take someone to the side, say how they are wrong and "gotta learn what the right thing to do" and such. It was ridiculous to watch. The officer need to rethink things and I'm afraid that if she gets that heated over a soda refill, how will she react to other things? I now don't wanna go to this McDonald's just because I now feel tense with this female officer.
The argument was because a lady step outside and came back in, had a McDonald's cup and was going to get a soda refill, but the officer said no. The lady ask the workers if she can and the workers said yes, but the officer stop that and was being loud and aggressive to get the manager. Since the lady step out she is "technically " a new costumer. Even when the lady said to drop it she won't get a refill the officer contunied to be rude and loud, embarrassing the worker.

This Mcdonald is the worse at night...I have had cashier's argue with me about my order and what I said...I asked to see the menu because it wasn't on the screen and a person on the drive through told me it didn't matter... Like they are rude... Disrespectful and the whole night shift should be fired and this is multiple occasions... They also give you old food because how my fries cold when I get them...I I used to work at MacDonald and if you did that when I worked there you would get fired... Customer service not a thing any more

I stop here almost every morning to grab a large Coke on my way to work twice now for no reason. The opening manager says they don't serve soda during breakfast but yet every other day of the week. They do be aware that one of your opening managers is playing games I'd really hate to have to bring my business to another McDonald's out of the 5 in silver spring u have the best reviews earn it police your staff better and don't let them lie to customers or slack off on their jobs again thanks!
