The weekend breakfast crew deserves five stars in every way! I stopped at 8:00 a.m. on July 12th. They had just received a large food delivery and there were many staff working on that outside. There were two very nice gentlemen in the Drive-Thru line taking orders and confirming payment methods, in addition to somebody taking orders from the menu board. I received my order in record time and it was the least greasy sausage McMuffin with egg I have ever had. Great food, great service, great experience! Five stars all around for this crew!

I placed a mobile order at 10:15 and when I Arrive soon after they took it upon themselves to cancel it without letting me know. They claimed To not have the items But we’re serving breakfast to other customers at the time. The date was July 9. The entire staff is unprofessional And choose to lie to their customers. This restaurant is a stain on the franchise.

I asked for a water cup to dilute my soda—something I’ve done at every other McDonald’s—but was told they don’t give water cups, even if they fill it themselves. They said I’d have to buy an empty cup at full soda price. When I asked if they were serious, an employee, gleeful, told me to dump out half my soda and add water instead, then turned back to chatting with her coworker.
Petty policy, handled with attitude.

This used to be the best McDonald’s in the area. You now have a 50/50 chance of getting all of your food and it being fresh depending on when you come to the restaurant.
Three times in a row I have had to get items replaced because it looked like someone squeezed the food item, or go through the drive-thru a second time because my order was missing a main entree item.
Come here for breakfast, the quality of food and service is great in the morning.
I had to eat for 20 minutes and leave cuz of a dumbass rule can’t even eat and enjoy my meal with a time limit L

charges for hot water, even if you have your own cup which they won’t accept — I understand it might not be sanitary but it’s McDonalds and one could easily just pour hot water into the cup without any contact with it. cancelled my order cause it just irked me that everything is monetized even with trying to get fries 🍟😅🤷 cashier person I talked with was super nice though! nothing against employees. I loved the few tables with flowers too
