About Jerk House Eatery Beer & Wine

Jerk House Eatery Beer & Wine is an excellent replacement for the previous Greek carryout place. The food is delicious, featuring options like Brown Stew Snapper, Soursop Juice, curry goat combo, jerk pork combo, jerk wings, and Mac n Cheese that is on point. Guests have praised the jerk chicken for being perfectly cooked and spiced, and the rice and peas are noted as great. The staff and ownership are friendly and helpful, providing fast service. The lounge area is aesthetically pleasing, ideal for enjoying a meal when the weather warms up. While some dishes, like the plantains, may not be traditional, the overall experience is solid and worth recommending. The restaurant is known for its good prices and large portions, although some customers have mentioned feeling shorted on oxtail portions. Guests have praised the authentic flavors, with dishes like escovitch and brown stew fish receiving high marks. The natural juices, such as sorrel and cucumber ginger, are also highlighted for their authenticity. A notable experience involved the owner, Nick, who went above and beyond to create a memorable surprise birthday dinner, showcasing the commitment to customer satisfaction. Don't miss out on trying the fantastic Soursop Juice!

The food and customer service were great!

ngl, that jerk chicken was fire

Hands down the best Jamaican food in the area. I always get the jerk chicken with white rice and Mac and cheese. My husband gets curry shrimp but tonight he had steam fish. The first steam fish I've had that wasn't dry. We always get some patties and their house juice.

I also like to add it's the FIRST Jamaican restaurant we've been in where owners and employees and nice. My husband is Jamaican so I've been to a good number. I appreciate you guys!!
