I use the drive thru to order three meals with milkshakes. I ordered a shamrock shake as one of my drinks. I get to the window to pick up my order. I noticed that I did not receive my shamrock shake. They gave me another flavor. I told the girl who passed me my order. That I did not get the correct one. She looked at me and said “We don’t have anymore shamrock shake”(with her head tilted to the side). I said okay and pulled off. My son and I started checking the bag and noticed that one of the meals was missing. Turned the car around and went in the store. I got my missing meal, and then I asked the worker at the counter as I was noticing that they were displaying Shamrock shakes if they were still selling them. She said “yes”. I then told her what the other employee told me. She apologized for the lie and gave me one for free. I don’t understand how there are so many employees in that place. Basically on top of each other and they always mess up the orders.

I would give it below one star. This pony tail Mexican kid, who cannot speak English, took my order and touched the food with his bare hands. I reported this to a short fat lady, who was the manager, but she took her boy's side, talking in Mexican all the time.This country is screwed by this trash being hired by American businesses.

While I was using the bathroom at McDonald's in Four Corners Silver Spring MD an employee came in and since there is no water valves or water in the man's bathroom he did not washed his hands...!!! I came out and left to a different McDonald's because the male employees are not washing the hands ?????

Bad experience, I went to that place the cashier charged me for the wrong order, when I told her it wasn't that one she looked at me with horrible eyes, they called the boss another lady with terrible aptitude, I ordered a happy meal for my child, it turns out that They didn't give me the chips, and they gave me the chicken with the box open, terrible service.

When to the bathroom to wash my hands came back out. My food was there. Lady took one order then a second order then a third order. Of course they were all Spanish so she walked past me each time she filled their orders to give them coffee. Wouldn't even look in my direction to give me my food. I had to grab my own damn food.
