Stopped by after attending Elevation church and so glad we finally get to try your food. Food so good made my eyes water! We live an hour away but will be back!
We finally got to check out Money Muscle BBQ, owned by an old Smokey Bones co-worker, Ed. He used to make his own special BBQ plates at Smokey Bones, so I already knew we were in for a great meal—and it did not disappoint!
This is hands-down the best BBQ we’ve had in Maryland. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and well prepared.

Money Muscle BBQ & Pizza offers a mixed experience. The brisket is delicious, moist, and tender, with sides of coleslaw, mac and cheese, and pulled pork. The ribs fall off the bone, and the BBQ sauces are award winning. However, the dry rub wings are overpriced at $20 for 6 wings and can be super dry, especially on a Tuesday when the quality may not match the weekend. Despite the high prices, the food can be amazing, making this place a must try for some, though consistency varies.
