If you want to be discriminated against constantly, especially as a black person, then please come to this horrendous Popeyes. Every time I’ve come here to pick up an order the two female cashiers in front will constantly look at me, treat me as I’m invisible, go in the back before asking if I’m picking up as if they don’t see me standing in front of the pick up sign. Then when you ask them for your order, they act like they don’t hear you. Third time was the last time for me. Then they’ll ask to see the order on my phone as if i would drive to Popeyes to steal a random order… please be serious

Got four chicken wings and two biscuits in place of the side order I got home the biscuits was hard as a rock the service was good but tried to call them didn't answer the phone at all, the machine said the voicemail was full.

My fiancé and I went to this location to eat Popeyes for dinner around 6-7pm . When we 1st came into the restaurant we weren’t greeted and once the cashier started taking our order we had to repeat to the cashier 3-4 times what we wanted. There other customers coming in after us and they were getting served before us and when we brought it to the employees attention one of the staff members there gave my fiancé a dirty look. Once they served us our food we saw that she still did not give us the correct order and when I brought it to the employee that served us our meal attention she instead argued with me instead of trying to work to give me what I asked for I specifically asked for apple pie 3 times and she gave me the strawberry cheese pie and I believe that was done intentionally. Very poor customer service and would not recommend going to this location.

I’ve ordered from this location twice and both time I just wanted to make a request that I couldn’t make online. So I call the locations number that is listed on Google and I get no answer. It rings and rings and rings..I know they hear the phone I just wanted to make an update to my order

Ordered the large wing special with a Dr pepper, the wings were completely soaked in oil and nearly inevitable, couldn't drink the Dr pepper because it tasted like sickly sweet cough syrup

No parking 🅿️. I had to make a few laps around to find a parking spot on the meter that cost me $1.25¢. The cashier was very nice, so friendly and positive. But the chicken was not cooked up at the bones. And my girlfriend didn't like their salad (I think their salad is OKAY). Biscuits are good.

I've been coming to this location (and the one south on GA Ave in DC) semi-regularly for several years. The food has always been good and the staff has been friendly. When I visited this evening, I was startled that one of the employees was trying to charge me for dipping sauces that have always come standard with my order, and was trying to do so after I had already been rung up by a different employee (who was courteous and I had no issues with). I asked if I was understanding him correctly, and he was somewhat short with me, rolling his eyes and appearing frustrated at my confusion (for the record, the store was not busy at the time). While I'm hesitant to accuse someone of scamming customers and pocketing the money, it's hard to come up with a different explanation. I've been to roughly 20 Popeyes locations in half a dozen states, this is the first time I've ever had someone try to charge me extra for dipping sauces.

The fries are consistently cold whenever I eat here, and the chicken tenders are always dry from sitting under the heat lamp. The biscuit was hard as a rock. Be sure to check your order before leaving, as there’s a good chance something will be wrong.
