Ms. Janella and Judy Ann were very helpful and attentive. I didn’t know about the birthday cake promotion that Red Ribbon offers until today and I’m glad that they offered it to me since i have my birthday coming up! Both were friendly and professional at the same time. Thank you for what you do. God bless!

Very much disappointed with our recent in store purchases. The mamon bread we bought is dry and lacking the usual buttery flavor. Even the cake slices tasted off and lacking flavor.

Friendly staff and amazing empanadas. Cakes are some of the best my family’s had because of the balance of flavors and texture of the cakes. Love trying Filipino food, and this is the place to go in the DMV!

Julie the supervisor was the one who waited on me. She was super nice and even knowledgeable about their products and let me know about their 6plus 1 empanadas specials which I ended up purchasing. Love the customer service and super quick way they took care of me. It was also clean. I would recommend the restaurant and I would go there again.
