Except for limited parking space @Anchor , both Ligaya and Red Ribbon can serve the Wheaton and suburbs Filipinos and friends.
The food was so good! I love supporting small businesses and this was absolutely worth the visit. The person that took my order was very nice and helpful in assisting me on what to get, I loved it all!

Ligaya's Filipino Food serves authentic and flavorful dishes in large portions. The restaurant is highly recommended for its kind and helpful staff, who are happy to explain the menu. Customers enjoy dishes like chicken adobo and a combo of half rice and half pancit (noodle), which offer a delicious and reasonably priced meal. The staff's friendliness and the welcoming atmosphere make it a favorite spot, with some visitors sitting for hours to do their homework or simply enjoy the food. Popular dishes include BBQ and pork steak, and many customers express a desire to return to try other meals like dinuguan, bicol express, and chicken curry with suka. Overall, the food is considered to be truly delicious, and the service is always lovely.
