This is the only starbucks in downtown silver spring that Im aware of that opens at 5am. Clean store with outlets, ample seating and friendly staff.

I gave this location a one because no manager tell customers they only have five minutes in a store that is made for a customer to enjoy their drink and meal or snacks. The manager or worker or what ever she is was wrong. It was pouring raining yesterday. You do not own this business. It is a location to enjoy the moment. This place just opened and you all are getting bad reviews already. Will not be back here anymore. We as the customer make your pay checks not the job. With out the customer there is no pay

This place is consistently and spectacularly bad in a way that points to chronic mismanagement (confirmed by other reviews here). Didn’t bother me so much until Starbucks bought out the bigger Peet’s location nearby (which was great), making this the only coffee option this side of East-West Highway.

It doesn't matter when you come to this Starbucks, they will always NOT HAVE something. Whether is Vanilla for the drinks, coconut milk etc... that tells me whoever is responsible for ordering is obviously not well trained in properly ordering and it's at the detriment to the customers AND the staff. The staff isn't responsible for the lack of manager competency. This was my last time trying. Happens EVERY time I come to this store. I see why you don't have many stars
