So happy I found this gem in Greenbelt. I'm Viet and this Pho is actually not bad haha. The broth is pretty balanced. My friend said his regular bowl did not have enough meat (which I agree - but given the price is $11.95, it probably makes sense).

best pho place in all maryland, the best pho i’ve ever had my whole life. do your self a favor and get the shrimp fried rice, the thai tea amazing, the phos all of it is really good and the service so good food came out in less than 10 minutes and the other people i was with was their firsts time trying pho and it was the best for them and for all of us i really loved it and really recommend
