Starbucks sucks, but this location isn't bad, the coffee is tolerable, the employees are pleasant, to the point you sometimes can even forget you are in a Starbucks, which is always a good feeling

Writing this review to say that Aysia is wondeful and always makes the experience of being in store a lovely one. I've been coming to this Starbucks for years and it has always been pleasant, but had to give a shoutout to a great barrista! Thanks for your cute cup notes and bright vibes!!

So I’ve never been treated like a criminal by another minority . Ethiopian female with dreads to be exact . Walked in to wash my hands and grab a cup of coffee. On the way in this female almost tackled me to stop me and tell me I can’t use the restroom without buying anything first . No hello or anything. As I’m talking to her about this “new policy” a white gentleman walks in and she says nothing to him . Actually smiled at him and let him proceed to the bathroom . The district manager was there. Spoke with her and she’s a Black woman. And she’s ok with this type of behavior. She said nothing but asked me how was she supposed to speak to me. I’ve been coming to this location the past 6 plus months since I’ve moved here. Morning time and afternoon to spend my hard earned money. I’ll never come back here. If you’re Black you’ll get treated like a criminal by this female . So be aware if you choose to spend your money here. But I won’t . Good writtens Starbucks

this is always my go to starbucks before work, they are super attentive with all their customers and very respectful. my drinks always come out perfect

I didn’t catch her name but the brunette Barista working today made my afternoon better. I ordered from the wrong Starbucks the location on colesville rd. She could tell immediately I didn’t wanna go there and she offered to make my drink for me even though there were people in line. She assured me it was fine and was genuinely kind about it which is hard to come by these days…She also made me a great iced latte, quickly. She should be recognized by Starbucks. Go to this location to get great service.

Very bad experience, they said no card and only cash and scan from starbucks app..this branch is a scam

Do I need to ask the staff to mix the caramel macchiato ? The almond milk and vanilla flavoring were unmixed and I wasn’t offered a straw or a stick to mix!!!
I also wasn’t offered whipped cream. For almost $7 your service is below par.

Lavender latte from Starbucks gross ? I couldn't even force myself to like itCheese Danish was on point ? my eyes were bigger than my belly I ordered 2 ? and the regular brew to make the nasty prior latte taste better ? ☕The employees were very kind and hardworking. Been here a few times. Always slow. Thought it was a one time thing… keeps happening. Drinks are ok though.

Read every 1 star review posted here for the Burnt Mills location and you’ll read the exact experience I had. Disgusting! From the rude staff, to the long wait for one nasty $6 latte, to the horrendous tiny parking lot. Starbucks will never see my hard earned money again. Oh, and please hire employees over the age of 15.
