“I go almost every week at some point before my Graveyard shift at work. Mostly hit, sometimes a miss(takes awhile to get orders for some reason, which I discovered from an employee last night may have been because I selected drive thru when ordering instead of in store pickup through the app) Hopefully that means more hits than misses with order time in the future. Outside of the occassional snags, no issues with the food or actual customer service.“

Vegetarian options: You can make lettuce tamotoe and potatoes tacos, been wraps , you can get creative as a vegan here. Been my go to for 19 years a vegan“
“The service was excellent... their team went above and beyond to fix something that was probably my own fault. I don't know how it happened, but I intended an order for two people but somehow one of the orders was tripled. One build-your-own combo order (with lots of customization) was perfect. The other build-your-own combo order was uncomplicated, perfect, but it was repeated for a subtotal of 3 (I must have clicked something more than once), so the full total was 4 dinners. I should have noticed the amount charged to my credit card was higher than it should have been. When I arrived, they had prepared 4 combo boxes and I only wanted 2 of them. I was embarrassed and felt terrible about it, but they took back the 2 extra boxes (and 2 extra drinks) and they refunded the difference back to my credit card. They assured me that their goal was to make certain I was happy with my take-out order.“
