I recently dined at this restaurant and had an amazing experience The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Both the food and drinks were outstanding delicious and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and even better service

Made a mobile order for in store pickup. During the afternoon rush hours, it was kind of difficult to find parking in the free parking lots. The order was ready for pickup. The All American Wrap with sausages was warm as expected. The Tropical Dragon Passion Smoothie was full of tastes. The restroom needed key to open.

Very bad service, asked for the contact of the manager, and they said they don’t know who the manager is. Wrong order was given. Would not recommend this place.

They double charged my account, didn’t make my food, and say it will take 2 WEEKS to refund my money. I’m out $90. No customer service at all. Pure trash. Do not order. They will steal your money.

When your not greeted once you come in and they just look at you. Being polite goes a long way. 5 orders lost due to rude service. He needs to get off his phone.

Update- they reached out about customer satisfaction but I have not heard from them in 3 weeks since reaching out per their request to make it right. My review has dropped from 3 stars to 1 due to severely poor customer service. The cashier was on their phone as I was walking in, as I was looking at the menu and then got off their phone to take my order. Not professional at all. He was friendly though and told us to have a good day! I got the Sunrise sunset. It’s a great fruity smoothie, a bit tart but enjoyable.

BUYER BE AWARE!!!! Check your receipts!!! I have only visited here a couple times. Today I went there to buy a Smoothie. I guess I wasn't checking my receipts. I declined tip option, as I was already paying $8.36 for one smoothie. When I rernes home to check my receipt, I saw that $1.33 tip was added that I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE. I called and spoke with Marvin. He said the Manager Cesear would NOT be back until AFTER the Fourth of July holiday. When I told him regarding my receipt, the telephone call was abruptly disconnected. I waited a few minutes and called again and spoke with Gabriella. She listened, looked up my receipt number and OFFERED a refund. I gave them two stars bc if it HAPPENED to me, it could HAPPEN to you!!! Check your receipts!!!
