Very bad service, asked for the contact of the manager, and they said they don’t know who the manager is. Wrong order was given. Would not recommend this place.

They double charged my account, didn’t make my food, and say it will take 2 WEEKS to refund my money. I’m out $90. No customer service at all. Pure trash. Do not order. They will steal your money.

Update- they reached out about customer satisfaction but I have not heard from them in 3 weeks since reaching out per their request to make it right. My review has dropped from 3 stars to 1 due to severely poor customer service. The cashier was on their phone as I was walking in, as I was looking at the menu and then got off their phone to take my order. Not professional at all. He was friendly though and told us to have a good day! I got the Sunrise sunset. It’s a great fruity smoothie, a bit tart but enjoyable.

BUYER BE AWARE!!!! Check your receipts!!! I have only visited here a couple times. Today I went there to buy a Smoothie. I guess I wasn't checking my receipts. I declined tip option, as I was already paying $8.36 for one smoothie. When I rernes home to check my receipt, I saw that $1.33 tip was added that I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE. I called and spoke with Marvin. He said the Manager Cesear would NOT be back until AFTER the Fourth of July holiday. When I told him regarding my receipt, the telephone call was abruptly disconnected. I waited a few minutes and called again and spoke with Gabriella. She listened, looked up my receipt number and OFFERED a refund. I gave them two stars bc if it HAPPENED to me, it could HAPPEN to you!!! Check your receipts!!!

I always come to this location, as it's in a very convenient spot, the food is always good, and the service is always friendly. Until today, that is. This literally happened half an hour ago, at around 6:10 PM on 3/8/24. I went in to order, and everything was going great until I asked the cashier if it would be cheaper to order a quesadilla with just cheese, no other fillings. I think there was a bit of confusion, as I ended up paying original price and got just a cheese and tortilla quesadilla. I brought this up to the cashier who was a bit confused, as he had thought that I wanted just the cheese and tortilla quesadilla for the original price, when I had asked for the original fillings if I was going to be charged the same price anyway. In the midst of the confusion, one lady motioned for me to hand over the quesadilla to her and I was given a cash refund, which was fine, but I felt like they weren't understanding my request. But before everything could be resolved, the lady who took it away just started eating the quesadilla right in front of us, when all I really had to do was be refunded the money and then pay the cheaper price for the no-filling quesadilla! The other lady explained to the cashier that he would have to charge us less for that modification, to which the cashier quickly apologized which was very nice, but not before the lady who started eating spoke to my girlfriend with a very rude demeanor, as if she were stupid, all while still chewing! The icing on the cake was that after everyone had finally understood everything, both us and the employees, I had re-ordered the quesadilla, this time with the original fillings, and I paid the full $6 and change for it. When the food came out, however, there were no fillings other than cheese, literally the exact way we had wanted it before! I strongly suspected that she had done this on purpose, even after I had re-ordered and I saw the cashier input the original item and price with no modifications. I wanted to go back and complain again, but with my girlfriend's suggestion, we just left it at that. Horrible experience and honestly never going back to a spot that my girlfriend and I loved. Shame.
