I went in to order, and everything was going great until I asked the cashier if it would be cheaper to order a quesadilla with just cheese, no other fillings. I think there was a bit of confusion, as I ended up paying original price and got just a cheese and tortilla quesadilla. I brought this up to the cashier who was a bit confused, as he had thought that I wanted just the cheese and tortilla quesadilla for the original price, when I had asked for the original fillings if I was going to be charged the same price anyway. In the midst of the confusion, one lady motioned for me to hand over the quesadilla to her and I was given a cash refund, which was fine, but I felt like they weren't understanding my request. But before everything could be resolved, the lady who took it away just started eating the quesadilla right in front of us, when all I really had to do was be refunded the money and then pay the cheaper price for the no-filling quesadilla! The other lady explained to the cashier that he would have to charge us less for that modification, to which the cashier quickly apologized which was very nice, but not before the lady who started eating spoke to my girlfriend with a very rude demeanor, as if she were stupid, all while still chewing! The icing on the cake was that after everyone had finally understood everything, both us and the employees, I had re-ordered the quesadilla, this time with the original fillings, and I paid the full $6 and change for it. When the food came out, however, there were no fillings other than cheese, literally the exact way we had wanted it before! I strongly suspected that she had done this on purpose, even after I had re-ordered and I saw the cashier input the original item and price with no modifications. I wanted to go back and complain again, but with my girlfriend's suggestion, we just left it at that. Horrible experience and honestly never going back to a spot that my girlfriend and I loved. Shame.

About as good of a "fast food" chain as you're going to find!It may seem a little expensive at first, but when a combo from McDonald's is over $10, a smoothie and fresh wrap seem like a killer deal for $1-2 more.Highly recommended!

Frankly if I could give less than one star, I would. We made a quick stop for a smoothie at 7:25pm. The guy behind the counter was cleaning up and just stared at us. I said oh are you closed. And he said yes and turned back around. When we stepped outside we noted that closing time was at 8 so we went back inside and mentioned that it wasn't supposed to close until 8. With barely an acknowledgement, he said no food. I then asked what the base of the peanut butter smoothie was and he had no idea what I was talking about. I had to point out the smoothie on the menu and then he proceeded to read the ingredients to me. So I asked again but what liquid do you add to it and he read the ingredients again (chocolate, peanut butter, banana) and I had to ask like do you add milk or water when you put those three things on the menu (it's water by the way). The whole exchange lacked basic customer service/attentiveness and gave us the sense that he had no idea what was on the menu nor how to deal with customers. We left without ordering. Didn't trust we would get anything worth drinking.
