I had a very disappointing experience . I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, and when I picked it up, the cake was melted and in poor condition. I immediately tried to contact the manager — he answered at first and said he would call me back, but after that, he completely ignored my calls. It was very frustrating and upsetting, especially for such an important occasion. I expected better quality and customer service from this bakery. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Perfect apple cider donuts. Super friendly. Delicious pies. Beautiful neighorhood tradition.

It has gone down hill since they allowed children to work in the front! There is never a warm welcome anymore. You first walk in you see someone playing on their phone. No Hello or welcome anymore just kids standing in a corner talking!!!!! There were many people that walked in and no greeting for anyone! The food looked great but the entrance felt like walking into a high school full of a bunch of children that don’t care!

CAREFUL - They sold me something different than what I asked for, DELIBERATELY!
I called a day ahead and asked for a tres leches cake. They replied saying they had many in store and didn’t take reservations for tres leches.
When I get there, they said the only sold tres leches by slices. I said I had called ahead of time and then she (attendant) “suddenly” said: “oh yes, this one is tres leches”. I was excited they had “found it” - only to get home and realize they sold me a dry vanilla cake covered with such a thick layer of icing. Basically so much icing that the cake itself was really small.
DON’T BUY THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

Fantastic bakery goods, staff is amazing but I will say the customers that come to this bakery are very rude. I’ve witnessed racism towards the staff by customers, I’ve witnessed women cursing at the young ladies for mistakes that weren’t even made by them. This Sunday a man created a ruckus and accused the cashier of over charging even after she gave him the receipt to show she didn’t. He continued shouting at her. The woodmoor residents need to check themselves. From the entitled white women to the argumentative immigrants upset that prices are higher than they expected
