two girls w ponytails today were so sweet and helpful!! i drive from pocomoke to visit this location bc pocomoke employees act miserable and don’t care at all half the time.
Whenever my family needs a quick bite to eat we stop here. Food is good and typically fresh. The service sometime gets a little stress and snappy but good. Depending on the day and time the restaurant inside is a bit crowded and less clean.
Literally everytime I come through this drive through I am told to pull in a curbside pickup spot and wait for 10 mins. So be prepared to order and wait !!

McDonald's remains a reliable spot for a quick meal, offering good food some of the time and decent service. The staff is generally polite and quick, though there have been instances where orders are delayed or mistakes are made. Despite this, the restaurant continues to be a convenient option for a last-minute meal or pit stop.
The restaurant's size and amenities can vary, with one location being smaller, lacking a PlayPlace, and having limited seating. However, the service at this location was exceptional, with the manager on duty providing kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful customer service.
Customers have also praised the exceptional service, food, and cleanliness at other McDonald's restaurants. The food was described as the freshest they've had from any McDonald's, and the dining room atmosphere as welcoming. Employees were noted for being kind, fast, and personable.
