Prosciutto Wrapped Figs
Fresh figs filled with herbed goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto ham, lightly baked. Finished with honey and pecans.

Marinated Flank Steak
Marinated in soy, honey and cayenne pepper. Grilled, sliced topped with grape tomatoes and fried onions.

Shrimp sauteed with fresh basil pesto, garnished with shaved Parmesan, extra virgin olive oil and crostini.

Beef tenderloin medallions, fried oysters and bearnaise sauce.

Yellow fin tuna loin, seared rare, served over szechuan noodles, teriyaki-lime drizzle.
Sirloin Streak
Top sirloin steak, char grilled and finished with a brandy, mushroom, peppercorn sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and carrots.

We just finished an OUTSTANDING meal here. My husband had the stuffed rockfish and he RAVED. I had the stuffed lobster tails and they as good. A little pricey but OUTSTANDING. Our waitress was very very good. Would recommend to anyone. Will come again.

This food @ Bugeye Grill is really really good! The service was excellent!! We went for dinner and breakfast. Especially Kelsey and Chaz, they were both very engaging and friendly. I would kiss the chef because this food is very flavorful and good sized portions! I definitely will be returning anytime im here in Solomons Island!!

Came out for dinner and they were able to accommodate an earlier reservation.
The ribeye was phenomenal. Also great views of the water and people walking by from the sunroom
