We stopped at this Burger King in mid December while driving back from Southern MD. Firstly, the food was AWESOME! It did not disappoint. I asked for fresh fries and the staff was happy to provide them for us...and they were delicious!! We were waited on very quickly after arriving and our food was ready within just a couple of minutes. Everyone there was so friendly and they were clearly working hard to get orders filled quickly. The parking lot was clean and provided plenty...
Generally I wouldn't review fast food chains because food is not that great and some people are not big on customer service, BUT I just had AMAZING customer service through the drive thru from Cody. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and what makes it even better was that we unfortunately caught the staff at closing time and he still gave premiere customer service and stellar personality!!!! Hats off to you sir!!!! Actually the whole closing team on 08/03/24 was stellar.
Staff was nice. Place was clean except floor was a bit sticky. We had a bit of a large order. The gentleman who took our order had a difficult time keying it in. When our order was handed to us we asked and peeked in and we were told everything was there. Got home and half our order was missing. I called the store and the manager apologized and I went the 20 minute drive back to pick up the rest of our order. They were kind about the situation. Got home and fed my kiddos.
