“I was at Love Point while coming back from Ocean City. I decided to stop there look after all the salads and sandwiches and asked a gentleman about the hot sandwiches. He kindly told me that they weren’t making hot sandwiches at the moment, but then he asked me If you want it hot I can put it in the oven for you.

That small gesture really made me feel so appreciated. Even though hot sandwiches weren’t something they were doing regularly he went out of his way to make mine hot for me. He also made my sandwich so perfectly, and I truly appreciate how kindly and thoughtfully he helped me. I was completely fine with getting a cold sandwich, but his kindness really stood out to me. I’m especially thankful when someone goes above and beyond their regular routine just to make a customer happy. I asked with the front employee and came to know he was manager of deli .Thank you so much to that gentleman for such wonderful service.

I’ll definitely be stopping by Love Point again for another sandwich.“
