“We had dinner here last night and everything was incredibly delicious. I tried the Chicken Caesar Sub for the first time and I will definitely get it again. The sub roll was soft on the inside and lightly toasted crispy on the outside. The crab deviled eggs were amazing!!!! The bruschetta was tender and not chewy so the toppings never fell off as you took a bite. The cheese pizza was perfect and the Snake Dog IPA was ice cold. Denise was our server and she knew the menu in its entirety and provided impeccable service. The dining room was full and people were endlessly coming in to pick up their take out order. Can’t wait to go back!!!!! Highly recommend all the way around!!!! Thank you, Amante, for a fantastic experience!!!”

“THE GOOD: This tea room is SO charming and wonderful!! I've been twice now and thoroughly enjoyed myself each time. They have a great tea selection and adorable decor.
THE NOT SO GOOD: However, I must say the scheduling process was bizarre. I scheduled online easily, but then got a voicemail from someone (who did not share their name) stating that I need to specify any allergies (which I already did online) and confirm that I was okay with doing royal tea since that was the default for the month of May (which I wish was specified on the website). All of this was fine but the brashness and urgency of the voicemail felt so out of place. I then an hour later got a text message saying my reservation was pending unless I answered immediately. I'm a busy mom of 3 and this was outside of business hours so I planned to call the next morning. When I did, I left a voicemail and didn't hear back for days, which felt weird given the urgency I received in the voicemail and text message.
MORE GOOD: The food and treats here are DELICIOUS! I think it's a great value for such beautifully made food. I arrived starving and did the royal tea and left with a few little treats to go! My mom, daughter, and I were there for over 2 hours but you don't go to tea for quick service. You're supposed to take your time and enjoy! I saw some review complaining of slow service. I'm sure if you told them you were on a schedule, they could accommodate? The servers are all SO sweet and friendly. I had Madelyn (with the glasses, because I think there are two) and she was just wonderful and such a delight!”

“We drive 20 minutes each way for their food. It’s worth it! Superb quality and flavor. THE NICEST PEOPLE own this place!! So accommodating and friendly! The pork fried rice, honey sesame chicken, orange chicken, walnut chicken and shrimp egg foo young are some of our favorites. Everything is made with care and to order. There is no other place that can compare!”

“MOD Pizza provides an energetic and friendly environment. The pizza bought was a tasty quality pizza. The only complaint is, the price of the pizza was not presented clearly by signage when ordering so it was an unpleasant surprise how much it was.”

“Ordered the Sando. Asked for mild seasoning which had just enough heat. The chicken was large and moist. The condiments were a good addition to the sandwich which is on a large brioche roll. The restaurant is very clean and the owner is very nice. Thank you!”
