I'm so excited that Takoma Park has an Ethiopian Carryout restaurant now! The food looks delicious. I met Chef Zinahahbizu at the restaurant when I was just picking up a few things at the store and he was very nice. I love that they have Vegetarian options. I can't wait to try. I asked if I could snap pictures of the menu so Ill post those, but you can find it at their website as well. I live a few block away and cannot wait to try it!
Very nice people, great customer service specially Ibrahim he is very good manager, he take care of his customers, his products are high standard specially their beef is the best, most of the time I buy beef for steak, and barbecue that is great.

Zemen market has quickly become my favorite Ethiopian restaurant in the area. The beef tibs with a veggie combo were simply fantastic and now I can't wait to explore the menu some more. Everything was cooked perfectly with big, delicious flavors! Even with the favorites of Tom Sietsema down the road I would chose Zemen 10 out of 10 times. Please do yourself a favor and get your next dinner here. I am so happy I found this place!
