This is a great place to bring people with conflicting tastes. Non-adventurous diners can enjoy the burgers, more adventurous diners can sample various Korean food (the steak is quite good), and healthnuts and vegans will have a lot of choices. The dining area is initimate, but a little too small for my tastes. Good place for casual dining and great for any meal.
I've been coming to marks kitchen since I was a little kid, every time I've gone it's been absolutely amazing. Mark has been a staple of the community and his restaurant will be missed but everyone who grew up with his food will remember him for the rest of time. Mark, your spinach tofu cakes will be missed. <3
This would be the first time here when it wasn't brunch. The udon noodles were tender and full of unique flavor. The wrap platter (Ssam Experience) was a healthy diversion. It did not fill up with diners until around 6:00 p.m. so it is a great place to converse with a tea before then. Thanks Mark
