Healthy, thoughtful, locally sourced food truck.Food: 10/10Bev: 10/10Service 10/10While I don't know their practices to a T, TGR offers lovely gluten free options, an their soups are all gluten free. I had a great experience. Here it is broken downAvocado Toast: well balanced flavors with a nice acid pop from the pickled onions (I would buy a jar of those pickle onions)Salad: dont even know what I ate. But it was leafy, green, with some radishes and a citrusy dressing. Loved it.Soup: perfect for the day. Served hot, and it had a little kick. From what I understand, these will be rotating, so what I can say is, the one I had was delicious.Golden latte: didnt even know what this was, but it was slammin. Holy hell, will be going back for this.Tori at the window was wonderful, patient, and thoughtful. She helped with recommendations and descriptions.I hope this place is here to stay
