“As an employee and long time customer I've grown to enjoy the people and coworkers that frequent the store, now with customers it's hard to keep a straight face when someone thinks just because your making their food they can act like a child, but usually there's a mutual respect between customers and employees, because remember, we're back there making the food for you, we have the right to refuse, there's other subways around if you don't like us. Be polite, if you have anything negative to say, keep it to yourself, we get paid by the hour. Not our interactions with overgrown children“

“Staff are awesome 👍 pizza was a little heavy on the sauce. I feel that the sauce was changed some. Doesn't taste like it uses to be. Drink's (bottle soda)was charged heavy. Drink's came to 8.00 dollars but showed on credit card and extra 8.00 dollar. So it's costed 16.00 dollars for 3 soda Wow not worth it. But staff were very helpful and service was awesome. The table were not cleared and cleaned. Looks like they were short on employee. Wonder why?“

“I would like to give a shout out to Kendrick who was working drive thru today 10-2–22 @ 730. This young man went above and beyond what is expected of an employee. He is a fine young man who I am sure will have a very bright future. Keep being you Kendrick!“

“I just picked up a pizza at Blessing. I ordered through DoorDash for pick up. App said 18-25 minutes. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I got the notification that it was ready 🤔. Picked up my pizza and it was cold and undercooked. I love Blessing pizza. Hoping it was just an off night 🤷🏼♀️“

“This Subway located inside the Gettysburg Outlets Food Court is awesome! They say "Hi" to each guest who walks by and they have the nicest staff. Everything is always so clean and appears very organized. I noticed they are always slicing fresh meats and refilling the containers constantly. The subs always are delicious.
Footlong Cookies - If you add a scoop of ice cream from Dough & Arrows on your footlong chocolate chip cookie you will be in heaven! Its super warm and a melty yummy treat!“

“Ordered the NoBready Bowls last Tuesday Sept 26 early afternoon and it was prepared really well! Both bowls were filled to the brim. I was pleasantly surprised so Kudos to whomever prepared our meals. During this time there was also a promotion for a free footlong and we got to avail it. Sub was made very well, all ingredients packed and prepped well! Again, thank you so much to whomever prepared our meal (we ordered the same NoBready Bowls last month but the quality was not as good as this week’s order).Unfortunately, the receipt got soaked with the sauce seeping from the sub so we were not able to retrieve the feedback link/code.Once again thank you to whomever prepped our meal! You did a wonderful job and you provided quality service! God bless you and your family with more!(Order was delivered to us via DoorDash - our Dasher was prompt and gave us immediate notice as soon as they dropped off our order)Satisfied customer! Just hoping the service we receive is consistent. Guess we’ll see by our next order! :)“

“Ordered from here last week for a company "Oktoberfest" event. I can't say enough wonderful things about the manager and owner. They went out of their way to help with order placement over the phone (as I was having issues ordering online) and ensuring our pretzels were ready on time. We needed 200 pretzels for a 9:30am pick-up and they arranged to open the store early on a Saturday to accommodate our order. The owner came in before the crack of dawn to make the pretzels and was so patient when our employee arrived late to pick them up. We will certainly order from them again if the need arises and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone...they were great to work with.“

“I go to Taneytown McDonald’s at least once a week as a group. Amanda Owen’s is a great friendly person. I do not know her personally but I have never seen her slacking off her job or being anything but nice to people. Tonight 11/19/24 we overheard her coworkers talking about a costumer complaining about her and she got demoted and lost a whole week’s paycheck!! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of!!!! Brian Valentine, you should be ashamed of yourself for believing the customer over your employee’s. I have known people that do things like this just to get free food or maybe the customer has a grudge against her!! Did you ever think of investigating? Asking the people working with her that night? The employees told us she threw the meal away and gave her all fresh food!!!! You are a disgraceful person to not even find out the truth and give such a harsh punishment!!!!😡😡😡😡 I have heard other people complain about you but there is nothing they can do but except your decision!!!!! I think they should all get together and go to the Better Business Bureau.“
