The slowest Dunkin I've ever been to, it took about 17 minutes to get bagel with sausage, and when I finally said something, the lady gave me an attitude and told me there is only one person making sandwich's, even though there was like 7 different in there, the young kid who looked like manger was scrolling on his phone the whole time, very unprofessional, setting the pace for the rest of the group. You need to get rid of a few folks. The service was slow for no apparent reason to myself. When asked about my order after waiting for what felt like too long just for what we ordered I was met with a sarcastic comment and a smirk. This was unprofessional. The little lady there was a manager and looked to have no control. Not what I expected.
