“In my best Kat Williams voice "Playa Playa" !! From beginning to end, excellent experience. I love the fact that you can choose from 2 doors to enter as well as safe free parking lot options. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples. I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc. Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints. I signed up for their customer loyalty program and can't wait to revisit. I want to try a Green Bowl and Smoothie. Great event, fantastic service, quality bowls, etc. Job well done Playa Playa !!“

He needs a shout-out for outstanding professionalism, patience and capacity dealing with an online order for a business meeting that could have been a disaster but ended well and the problem was solved. I met him at the Baltimore Nally Fresh but later learned he is a manager at this Hunt Valley location and just happened to be in the city the day of our order issue. Turns out, they have a new system and wasn't online. Nino didn't miss a beat. He mobilized the Baltimore staff to pull together our very large order, took my number and followed up after researching and resolving the issue. Thank you Nino and Nally Hunt Valley for sourcing good people.“
“My buddy and I ended up splitting a chicken parm and Greek salad… it turns out the BYO salad does not stand for Bring Your Own. The staff had a good laugh at that and they were very accommodating. We didn’t make a reservation in advance but they got us a table with a decent view right up front. The xfinity wifi from the First Watch next door is kind of weak so I took a star away for that only. All in all, there were plenty napkins, the restroom attendant had plenty of mouth wash options to choose from and this Jongen was reasonably satisfied. #bigbackpack #pbboyzbackatit #thewhacker“
