You can make your own Panini sandwich, you can have a grilled cheese sandwich, there's a range of salad options, fresh fruit, food prepared from scratch, a different soup everyday, you name it! the options are unlimited. I had a chance to talk to STEVE who is the EXECUTIVE CHEF and he is very helpful and welcoming! The staff is very helpful as well, and make you feel welcome. They serve nearly 1200-1500 people in one meal sitting, 3 meals/day, and all 7 days of the week., so the food here is guaranteed fresh! I ate here almost everyday for 3 weeks and was highly satisfied!“
