This Chick-fil-A is very convenient. The Drive-thru wait time has been taken into consideration now a days. I understand I can order ahead and get it dropped off to my vehicle however, my latest experience ordering ahead was not pleasing at all. Order was totally wrong & missing drinks. Received part of the order correct second time around that was 15-20 minutes later, still missing drinks. So, I went inside w/ my freshly made sandwiches I asked if I could possibly get fresh...
Pretty fast service, nice employees, relatively average pricing for fast food. The only issue with this location is the amount of people running the registers. People usually make a line 30 minutes prior to them opening and the line stretches way too long. I don’t blame them if they can’t seem to find enough people to hire though.
Not a full service Chic fil a!! This branch serves Towson University, and is located at the heart of campus. But as a campus eatery it is a great spot for a quick chicken sandwich or nuggets.
