customer service was a ehh. door dasher came up and asked about an order a employee was rudely said. that someone else will be over to take care of you said it an 2nd time in a cocky manner. but the bagels where delicious.
Just wanted to give Ryan a shout-out! He was working the register when we came in, and he was genuinely so friendly and welcoming. He greeted everyone with a smile, was patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about the customers, and that kind of service is hard to find these days. Ryan made our morning a little better, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
