“customer service was a ehh. door dasher came up and asked about an order a employee was rudely said. that someone else will be over to take care of you said it an 2nd time in a cocky manner. but the bagels where delicious.“

They know me by name and know my typical order. The workers there are so kind, and it always brightens my day to see them again. They've supported me through several tough things in my life, and I know that they do actually care.“

“This branch of Einstein Bros. Bagels is inside Greater Baltimore Medical Center. I had a schmear of onion and chive cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel. It was delicious. The place was clean and neat. The service was friendly and efficient. I recommend Einstein Brothers Bagels.“

“After a rough morning my mom and I decided to try this place that I’ve driven past many times but never tried. From beginning to end, we were treated with kind and attentive service The coffee and food was amazing as well. I’m picky with my lattes, but the cookie latte was delicious and perfectly sweet. My mom is also picky with her coffee and enjoyed their hazelnut brew. We definitely plan to make this one of our new spots!“
