Ordered 40 minutes ahead to give ample time for it to be prepared before I had to pick it up to get to class. Got there and was given a smirk and shrug when I asked what the estimated time ready would be. Couldn’t afford to be late to my exam so I went without eating. Wouldn’t waste my time or dining dollars again at this location, just go to the real thing.
I always get excited on my way to go here. The bagels are delicious, and while they would be enough on their own to get me to come back, but what's even better than the food, is the people. They know me by name and know my typical order. The workers there are so kind, and it always brightens my day to see them again. They've supported me through several tough things in my life, and I know that they do actually care.
I think it’s amazing the food is good and the service is so good and they are so sweet!!!
