service depends on the day and how long the line is, when it's busy they rush and get orders wrong. some of the staff is nice but some aren't. never seem to have any manager on duty so employees aren't held to same standards as other locations
Nephatia was one of the rudest people I have ever met. This is clearly a place to get coffee and breakfast. I'm sorry if I wasn't all there before I had my morning coffee. There was only one person behind me there was no reason to rush me. The fact I was rushed my order was wrong and when I went to explain to another girl she went up to Nephatia and she was eyeing me the whole time, like I was in the wrong. Wonderful ....I was excited it is hard to find Einstein's got the bacon avocado turkey on an everything bagel with cream cheese and cheddar added delicious. Potato salad was good service was great mocha coffee excellent great lunch
